Aaron Pressman

Communications Manager

Aaron Pressman

Aaron joined the Factory as a valued writer on the creative development team seven years ago and today brings boundless energy, a fun perspective, and sharp mind to his current role as Communications Manager. His Southbend, IN, style of “Hoosier” eagerness prompts him to jump into any project with energy and spirit that translates into innovative and unique ideas.

A born communicator, Aaron works with just about everyone on the team and manages all of edgefactory’s inbound and outbound communications with our signature style. You’ll find his stamp on our social media posts, email communiqu├ęs, and even the ho-hum calendar requests and scheduling. His creative mind is always churning out ideas that he applies to the edgefactory brand and in-house production tasks.

Shepherding people and projects from initial ideas to finished product, you’d never know that edgefactory is Aaron’s first job in the production field. The entire production team, from executives down to interns, listens when Aaron speaks because we never know what new, crazy, off-the-wall, and utterly brilliant idea he’s going to come up with.

The glue that holds the team together and makes sure we are all on the same page, Aaron is an invaluable leader. He is often the face of edgefactory; the first point of contact for press and clients and even new employees. If you want to know what’s going on at edgefactory, talk to Aaron. He’s got his fingers in nearly every piece of the pie, including adding his own edge to the digital signage team.

“A day in the life of edgefactory is filled with laughs, love, and a whole lot of fun things to do.”

A graduate of the University of Central Florida, Rosen College of Hospitality Management, Aaron continues to add to his ever-growing portfolio of original work – check out Pressman’s Positive Poetry Publication on Amazon – while adding edge to the Factory team along the way.

Aaron is an avid filmmaker, music producer, and Eagle Scout. When not rewatching past episodes of LOST, he can be found producing music videos, painting, writing, attending music festivals, or cuddling his dog, Penny. Keep your eye on this one… he moves fast!
