As one of the original founders of the Factory, Raul brings in incomparable level of insight and vision to the team. Having served as Director of Governmental Affairs for Verizon, his experience in interpreting, developing and implementing creative ideas lends a distinctive edge to the Factory.

A former Commissioner for the Texas Juvenile Probation Commission and personal friend to the late great Governor Ann Richards, He also served as her Chair of the Texas State Juvenile Justice Board.
