Raul helped start the Factory with Brian in 1999. He served as Director of Governmental Affairs for Verizon where he worked with government leaders. He has managed large scale events and currently serves as Senior Advisor. Raul is a former Commissioner for the Texas Juvenile Probation Commission and was a personal friend to the late great Gov. Ann Richards who also appointed him as Chairman of her Juvenlie Justice State Board.
