edgefactory was privileged to provide creative content for the world’s largest golf show, Golf Industry Show. At GIS, we produced a live show, managed talent throughout the event, and supplied content for some of their breakout sessions. Operating at such a massive trade show, our team was held to some pretty high standards and, in true edgefactory fashion, was able to surpass all of them.
On The Green
The largest of it’s kind, the 2017 Golf Industry Show kicked off during the weekend and ran through the following week. With hundreds of exhibitors, spanning thousands of square feet of exhibit space, the GIS Trade Show gave superintendents, owners, technicians and other golf facility professionals the opportunity to network and discuss the latest products and services in turf and facility care. The show floor also included special features, such as, presentations from the Trade Show Stage, the New Product Showcase and 2017’s “Inside the Ropes,” an interactive demo area that showcased new products, such as, bunker liners and electric mowers. In addition, attendees took advantage of free education on the trade show floor with Answers on the Hour, Tech Tips on the Half and the Dr. Is In.
More Than Just Content
For this year’s GIS, edgefactory brought their A-game when they were tasked to provide content the world’s largest golf show. Elevating this already extraordinary event, one of our teams was onsite to help run and produce the live show and video content. This trade show was a great demonstration on the importance of atmosphere integrated with our content. We are able to turn the most plain ballroom into an immersive and entertaining forum for our clients and their guests by pairing our world-class content with lighting designs and personalized audio, carefully selected by our award-winning team.
