EDGEFACTORY TO FILM 2009 CELEBRITY IMPERSONATOR REEL AWARDS IN LAS VEGAS

Orlando, Florida, (May 22, 2009) – edgefactory OMNIMEDIA, an Orlando based creative video production company, will be at the Flamingo Las Vegas Casino & Hotel to film the 2009 THE REEL AWARDS (18th Annual) on Sunday, May 24, 2009.  This annual spectacle brings together the best celebrity impersonators from around the world. It's an enchanted evening featuring music, dance, comedy, and an awards show like no other, emceed by Joan Rivers (not)!

The event attracts not only the best tribute artists and celebrity impersonators in the world, it also brings together buyers, agents and producers from some of the most notable agencies in the US and UK.  The public is welcome to attend the festivities which begin Sunday, May 24 at 5:30pm at the Flamingo Showroom, current home of the George Wallace Show.

Edgefactory will be filming the event along with the 9th Annual Celebrity Impersonators Convention taking place at Harrah’s Imperial Palace in Las Vegas, May 25 and 26, 2009 at 11am in the Imperial Theater, former home to the world famous Legends in Concert, as well at the Celebrity Impersonator Poker Tournament May 27, 2009 at the Imperial Palace.  The event is open to the public. 

Appearing at the event are world class tribute artists portraying some of yesterdays and today’s hottest stars. Legends like Elvis, Marilyn Monroe, Clark Gable, Charlie Chaplin, John Wayne,  sexy glamour gals like Angelina Jolie, Christina Aguilera, Sophia Loren, Paris Hilton, Tina Turner, Dolly Parton, Brad Pitt, Tom Jones, Johnny Depp, Sean Connery and other Hollywood hunks, Trinity, Captain Jean Luc Picard, daytime TV icons Oprah, Whoopi, Martha, and Dr. Phil.

Tickets for the REEL Awards are still available at the Flamingo Las Vegas box office for $139.99 per person. (includes Dinner, One Cocktail, taxes, tips included.)  Video highlights will appear on YOUTUBE at impersonatorTV beginning Wednesday, May 27, 2009.
