MIKE LEE JOINS EDGEFACTORY AS VFX SUPERVISOR

ORLANDO, Fla. – MAY 25, 2011 – Edgefactory OMNIMEDIA announced today that Shawn Michael Lee has joined the company as VFX Supervisor. In this role, Lee will be responsible for leading the VFX team, utilizing After Effects and various other innovative media tools to infuse a new level of energy, emotion and edge into multimedia projects.

Lee joins edgefactory from Evandry where he was founder and owner. Prior to that position Lee was an editor, motion graphic designer and cinematographer with Visual Impact, Inc.. Lee also worked with WKMG Local 6, Orlando, Fl, as technical director and pre-production coordinator. "Shawn brings a wealth of experience and much passion to his new role," says Ryan Haanstra, Director Creative Development . "We're thrilled to have him join our team." Lee was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Communication, and a minor in Theatre Arts from the The Florida State University in 2002.
