ITT TECHNICAL INSTITUTE INVITES EDGEFACTORY TO BE PART OF ADVISORY COMMITTEE.

Orlando, Florida, (August 10, 2011) – Today, ITT Technical Institute announced it has invited edgefactory OMNIMEDIA, a leading media and 2010 EMMY® nominated production house, to be part of the School Advisory Committee for their Visual Communications Program.

Each area of study at each ITT Technical Institute has a local advisory committee comprised of people representing area businesses. The input from these committees helps the ITT Technical Institute offer an education that is relevant to the needs of employers.

As part of the Advisory Committee, edgefactory Omnimedia, will present ideas for the development of a particular program, asses the quality of on-going programs and make recommendations regarding program changes to meet technological, professional or local needs. In addition, the function of the Advisory Committee is to advise the school staff regarding instructional programs in specific occupations.

The ITT Technical Institute Visual Communications program is designed help students prepare for entry-level positions in the field. The program can help graduates prepare to perform tasks associated with designing and creating interactive multimedia communications and print communications including graphic design, multimedia applications and other related technical subjects.
