With just a quick glance at Susan Hathcock’s resume, you’ll realize that she’s a take-charge and get-it-done kind of person. Prior to joining the edgefactory team, Susan was Executive Assistant to the Head of School at The First Academy. Her workplace experience includes a long list of notable companies like Walt Disney World, PepsiCo, Universal Studios, Ernst & Young, and Planet Hollywood. Over the past 25 years, Susan has served in numerous administrative and marketing roles where she has honed her skills as a project manager and brand builder.
Hailing from Cleveland, Ohio (home of the Dawg Pound), Susan moved to the Sunshine State in 1991 in search of warmer weather and to indulge her love for the water and anything to do with it, like boating, fishing and SCUBA.
Susan joined the edgefactory team in May 2014, where she started as the Executive Assistant to the President/CEO and Executive Vice President. In this role, she immediately proved her invaluable worth to the team by successfully managing the workflow of the Factory’s leadership and ensuring that projects were completed in a timely manner. If you want something done, give it to Susan!
In her current role as Administrative Coordinator, Susan is helping edgefactory improve its cash flow and profit margin in addition to supporting the team with event planning and special projects. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix with a double major in Business Management and Marketing.
When she’s not at the Factory, Susan savors life in the great outdoors, as well as traveling and cooking. She is committed to helping the Central Florida community’s less fortunate by feeding the homeless and volunteering in the community.
