2013 AVA Award Winner for Creative Media and Cinematography

AVA Digital Awards today announced winners for the 2013 international awards competition. Edgefactory, a leading media production house and brand consulting firm based in Orlando, Florida, has been honored with six awards for its creative media work in corporate image, American Public Works Association 2012 International Congress Highlight; The Arnold Palmer Children’s Hospital; Terumo BCT – Trima Mobile Road Trip trimamobile.com; Thermo Fisher Scientific “VISION” HR Project. In addition for its work in Cinematography for Digital Juice, Master Pro Rig, with an honorable mention for its pro bono project The SMART Ride “In-Ride Safety Video”.

AVA recognizes outstanding achievement by creative professionals involved in the concept, direction, design and production of media that is part of the evolution of digital communication. Work ranges from audio and video productions- to websites and social media sites that present interactive components such as video, animation, blogs, and podcasts – to other forms of user-generated digital communication.

There were over 2,000 entries from throughout the United States, Canada and several other countries in the 2012 competition. The international Ava Awards recognizes outstanding work by creative professionals involved in the concept, writing, direction, shooting, and editing of audio-visual materials and programs. Entries include film, analog and digital productions viewed in a wide variety of mediums- from movie screens to televisions to computers. Entrants include video and film production companies, web developers, advertising agencies, PR firms, corporate and government communication departments, producers, directors, editors, and shooters.
